It depends on how many photos/videos you upload. Memorial videos should be 5 to 7 minutes to ensure the best viewing experience for your guests. For best results:

Package 1: Please provide 40-50 pictures

Package 2: Please provide 30-40 pictures & 3-4 pre-trimmed videos that are 30-seconds or less. Pre-trimming your videos ensures we showcase only the most important parts

Yes, we have a music library. For copyright reasons, we cannot use certain songs due to licensing restrictions. Instead, we can provide you the memorial video without sound, so that you may use any music you like.

You can scan the photos using your smartphone or have your photos digitally scanned at your local print shop. Once scanned, you can share them with us via the share link.

We'll email you the memorial video 1-day before the ceremony date. If you want changes to the video, please immediately email us only the most important changes. We will do our best to accommodate you. Due to the turnaround time, please understand we may not be able to implement all the changes.
